Our coaching sessions

  • Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current circumstances and goals and creating a plan to fit you. As we work, we keep your evolving life in mind and adapt as needed. We work closely to identify and creatively overcome barriers and resistance. All along the way, I’ll be guiding you toward helpful practices and tools that might include: tweaks to your routines, mindset work, nutrition, movement, connection, self-compassion, radical acceptance, and more.
